In 2016, the seed of inspiration blossomed into reality as New Man SMP was born, becoming Atlanta’s foremost Scalp Micropigmentation establishment. This venture was not without its share of challenges โ from assembling a formidable team to navigating the intricacies of growth. Challenges, as we know, are an integral part of an artist’s and entrepreneur’s expedition towards excellence.
However, every twist and turn, every obstacle encountered, contributed to our evolution. These experiences not only shaped Damian as an artist but also as a compassionate leader, deeply committed to making a positive impact. Through the years, Damian’s journey of growth has been remarkable, culminating in the prestigious accolade of “Best of Atlanta” in 2021. New Man SMP has empowered countless individuals from all corners of the world, enabling them to regain their self-assurance and reclaim their lives.

This network has led to the establishment of over 25 affiliate locations worldwide. With our thriving studios in Atlanta and the recent addition of a new studio in Salt Lake City, the future shines brighter than ever for New Man SMP.
Amidst the crescendo of success, Damian remains grounded, his focus on continuous growth. Family values and work-life equilibrium hold paramount importance for him. Damian finds delight in moments at the gym, hiking trails, exploring new destinations, mentoring, absorbing knowledge through reading, meditating for mindfulness, strategic investments, and indulging in engaging activities with his children.
